We start out by going through a consultation to understand where you are coming from, which includes: your goals, health history, training considerations and much more. From there we go through an initial assessment where we evaluate your core function, cardiovascular testing, gait and postural analysis, primal pattern movement assessment and other key variables. The information gained from the consultation and initial assessment go into creating a training program specifically designed for your unique needs and serve to help you accomplish your goals safely and effectively. Training programs then run in 3, 6 or 12 month timeframes at 1-4 times per week where we go through 1-on-1 training sessions learning & implementing movements, building a solid framework for continued progress towards your goals.
